In addition to proper design and commissioning, (regular) maintenance of any heating or cooling system is necessary to ensure efficient and trouble-free operation of the plant in the long term.
With our servicing, we ensure that our products receive the prescribed and necessary maintenance at the right time.
Maintenance is an important prerequisite for heating or cooling systems that function as efficiently as possible
Often there is a lack of time, staff and the right knowledge to properly carry out the necessary maintenance. We can support you with this. Our service technicians look at the performance of the entire system and perform maintenance on the following products:
- SpiroVent Superior Vacuum Degassers
- SpiroExpand Expansion Units
- SpiroExpand Expansion Tanks
- SpiroPure Filling and Refilling Systems
During maintenance, we perform the following steps, depending on the device in question:
- Checking Spirotech's products
- Checking the fault history
- Check for operation, leaks, damage, etc.
- Checking all connections
- Cleaning or replacing sensitive parts
- Check consumables and replace them if necessary
- Checking the set operating parameters
- Checking all functions
- Checking the pH value and conductivity of the system water (in the case of a maintenance contract)
- (Renewed) instruction of the operating staff
Afterwards, the work carried out and all important parameters are documented in a maintenance report.
