Our product warranty
At Spirotech, we attach great importance to the high and consistent quality of our products. Our products are extensively tested before they are released on the market. However, it can happen that individual parts do not function properly. In such cases, you can rely on our product warranty.
The warranty period
The following warranty periods apply to Spirotech's products and services:
- 20 years on brass products suitable for temperatures up to 110 ºC
- 5 years on brass products suitable for temperatures > 110 ºC
- 5 years on steel products
- 2 years on vacuum degassers
- 2 years on products for demineralisation
- 6 months on accessories, spare parts and repairs
- There is no warranty on chemical products
- Other products and services no guarantees (unless otherwise stated!).
