Our products are designed and manufactured to deliver reliable, long-term performance and undergo extensive testing and quality control before they are released to market.
Our product warranty provides additional reassurance that your Spirotech equipment is backed by the manufacturer and the expertise behind it.
The warranty period
The following warranty periods apply to Spirotech products and services:
- 20 years on brass products suitable for temperatures up to 110°C
- 5 years on brass products suitable for temperatures above 110°C
- 5 years on steel products
- 2 years on vacuum degassers
- 2 years on products for demineralisation
- 6 months on accessories, spare parts and repairs
- Chemical products are not covered by warranty
- Other products and services are not covered unless otherwise stated
Warranty is subject to the applicable Spirotech terms and conditions and the correct installation, use and maintenance of the product where required.
